Solid Core Laminate

Over the years we have increased our capabilities of the materials we are confident of processing. We can now able to Press laminates on to any core board in-house, we press laminates from all the major players such as Egger, Polyrey, Arpa, Formica, Abet, Altofino, ASD, Resopal, to name just a few, MFC/MFMDF boards from Egger, Kronopsan, Finsa, compact Laminate from Kronospan, Arpa, Greenlam, etc.

Recent enhancements include our Spindle Moulder which allows us to profile the edge of any board material to any profile our client may require, from Bullnose, Chamfer to rounded all are easily achievable.

We also provide CNC cutting and Edge-banding services in isolation to customers, or indeed any process within our remit can be purchased in isolation.

Machines: We invested in SCM machines from day one, and over the past couple of years have increased our headcount to include Laminate Press, Multi-drill/boring machine. Spindle Moulder, Lamello System, increased the capacity and finishing on our Edge-banding machine. We will continue to invest in new machinery to asset us in providing products that our increasing customer base demands.

All of the above really cements our ability to provide any top/bespoke furniture item in any size, finish and profile, all to our exacting levels of quality, time and time again.
